The bill (Reg. No. 1439) suggests involving all economic entities in the sphere of waste management in the process of collection and transportation of urban waste.

As was mentioned during the discussion, adoption of the bill will allow increase competitiveness between economic entities and prevent monopolization of the market of the abovementioned services within a certain population area.
